The next occurrence of the selected month and day is found on or after today. For a February 29 anniversary, February 28 is used in non-leap years. The displayed anniversary number counts years from the original date.
An example
For an original date of June 15, 2020, June 15, 2027 is the 7th anniversary. A February 29 date uses February 28 in a non-leap year.
