How this works

UTC-midnight timestamps for the two valid Gregorian dates are subtracted and divided by 86,400,000. The default excludes the end date; inclusive mode adds one day. Reverse order is displayed as an absolute interval.

An example

October 1 to October 3 is 2 elapsed days, or 3 days when both dates are included.

Good to know

Does it count business days?+

No. All calendar days are counted, including weekends and holidays.

Does daylight saving affect the result?+

No. UTC-midnight arithmetic avoids 23-hour or 25-hour local-day differences.

Core features use a necessary session cookie. Your theme choice, explicitly bookmarked tool IDs and saved pet-name favourites are stored on this device. Calculator and game inputs are not stored by the site.

Funmello is free because public pages show Google ads. Google’s consent message asks visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (and offers US state opt-outs) before personalised ads are used. Accounts, shortlists, polls and the name studio never load ad code, and nothing you type into a game or calculator is sent to Google. Bonus Lounge packs may offer an optional rewarded ad.
