The rules in detail
Words come from the same family-friendly lists as Word Scramble: Easy words have 5 letters, Medium 6 to 7 and Hard mostly 8 or more. Every correct letter fills in all of its places in the word; every wrong letter pops one of 6 balloons. Find the word before the last balloon pops to add one to your streak; the best streak for each level is kept on this device. You can tap the letters on screen or type on a keyboard.
Tips
- Start with common vowels (E, A, O) and then common consonants (R, T, N, S, L).
- Look at the word length and pattern: a double letter or an ending like -ER narrows it down fast.
- On Hard, think of long compound words such as SUNFLOWER or WATERFALL.
